I especially appreciated how personable Josep and Yoav were—always smiling and always making sure all the guests had an extraordinary experience, very fun while being professional. The entire crew was great and seemed to have genuine camaraderie, working as a team very well, and it was obvious how hard they all worked for us. We didn’t see too much of chef Felipe because he worked so hard, and we really enjoyed his food! He made a wonderful strawberry cheesecake to celebrate my birthday. This was especially appreciated since I was spending my birthday and Christmas away from my family and friends. DM Arturo Bocos gave two great marine life presentations and I wish he could do them every day—fun and informative, helped us understand and care more deeply for the creatures and the ecosystem. DMs Guara and Casey were great spotters and their enthusiasm was contagious. DM Jessie made the video slideshow of the trip and it was great.

- Would be nice to have a book in the salon with a brief bio for each crew member. - Would be great to give each skiff driver a GPS watch/device to help them pinpoint desired drop offs. -Fantastic having a marine biologist (Arturo) on board— really valued his presentations!

They are all fantastic! True professionals with a passion for what they do. Casey, Jessie, Guara, and Arturo were all terrific DMs... great job keeping us safe and making it an incredible experience!!!! Captain made sound decisions throughout the trip to provide us the best possible diving and sea conditions.

Captain Felipe is very professional (safety first, etc) and has a lot of humour! DM Juan (Guara) is very knowledgeable and is very preofessional, it was a joy diving with him!

Make possible to fill out the Feedback form also if already disembarked and at home. Found awesome that the Crew always could has been been with us and not-seperated-and that they are allowed to dive if they want. Thumps up.

They were all friendly, gentle, professional and perfect. Everybody on his own and unique way and manour. Awesome Crew. Liked diving especially with Guarani. The calm and always smiling gentleman. He found everything underwater to show us.

All of the crew seamed to be so well-connected to eachother which made the whole trip and experience very well-planed and amazing. Every single one did their special impression on us, and I'm superhappy about it.

The crew all did an amazing job. Seriously... I have been completely impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and especially positive attitude of everyone on board. I don't know if I can single anyone out because the entire crew has been exceptional. The biggest thing is they are always smiling, having fun, and fostering a great atmosphere, which I know must be tough when they are on duty 24 hours a day. Amazing job, amazing crew! Thank you , everyone!

The Captain has been always kind, exhaustive and present. we liked very much the variety of the divemasters they are complementary, every one is able to do everything and is different from the other. we have some problems with our back and legs and they always helped us to wear our gear and they repair also a part of our equipement has broken during the trip.

Nubia and Iris were excellent hosts. In spite of their busy schedules they always assisted with a smile. All dive masters were good, but Casey, Jessie, and Guara were extrodinary. Calm with a good eye for the group, excellent communicators, and that with always an eye for safety. Casey's unending enthousiasm was contagious. Guara's calm demeaner and smile were a nice and calming factor before every dive. Adn I admired Jessie's knowledge and her abilioty to seamlessly switch between at least 5 different languages., making every guest feel at ease. Artur's knowledge of the under water life was amazing and he instilled further admiration for the under water world, especially around the Socorro Islands. Everyone else was fantastic too, contributing to a truly wonderful experience.
